The hotel was clean, spacious, and had modern facilities like a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was also fantastic as it was just a few minutes walk away from the beach. the breakfast had a wide selection of foods and the staff was very friendly and hospitable.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in Grado. the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from both the beach and the old town. Lastly, the rooms were clean and spacious, with beautiful views of the garden. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money offered by this hotel.

The apartment was nicely furnished with all the amenities for a comfortable long stay. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and the beach was only a few minutes walk away. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch and created a festive atmosphere.
The noise from the street was quite loud in the early mornings. The apartment on arrival was cold and the heating system was a bit tricky to figure out.

One slight inconvenience was the need for qualified personnel to use the car lift on level -2.

Friendly Staff and Great Views the staff members were extremely friendly during our city break. They were always available and eager to help us plan our day ahead. the view from our room was amazing, and we enjoyed watching the boats pass by on the canal. the location of the hotel was also convenient as it was close to the beach and the city center.
Inconvenient parking and lack of amenities Unfortunately, the hotel had some issues with parking. the designated car lift was not easy to access, and our car was quite large, which made it difficult to maneuver.
